Parahyangan Golf Bandung: Visitor Guide and Tee Times
Parahyangan Golf Bandung is an 18-hole, par-72 championship course at Kota Baru Parahyangan in Padalarang, about 30 km west of central Bandung. Designed by Bob Moore of JMP Golf Design Group and opened in November 2018, it runs along ravines and the edge of Saguling Lake, and it was named Indonesia's Best Golf Course at the World Golf Awards in 2020 and 2023.
From Jakarta, the Whoosh high-speed train stops at Padalarang, close to the course. Zora Golf Travel, founded in Jakarta in 2024 by golfers with 250+ combined rounds, books your tee time inside the club's 14-day window and meets you at the station with a personal guide. This guide covers the course facts, how it plays and how to get there.

How Parahyangan Golf Plays
Parahyangan is the longest of the three Bandung courses Zora books, and the landscape does much of the defending.
Ravines, Bridges and Saguling Lake
Bob Moore routed the course along ravines and the edge of Saguling Lake, and the round crosses seven bridges [1][2]. Ravines and lake-edge holes make target choice as important as distance. At 7,298 yards from the back tees, most visitors will enjoy it more from a forward set.
No Driving Range
Parahyangan has no driving range [1][2]. Plan a short warm-up routine and arrive with enough time to settle before the first tee. The 9,000 m² clubhouse is the base for changing and eating before and after the round [1][2].
Award Record
The course was named Best New Golf Course in Asia in 2020 [2]. At the World Golf Awards it was also named Indonesia's Best Golf Course in 2020 and again in 2023 [2][3].

Getting to Parahyangan Golf From Jakarta
Jakarta to Bandung is about 145 km, and you can make the trip by high-speed rail, conventional train or car.
By Whoosh High-Speed Train
Whoosh, Indonesia's high-speed railway, opened in October 2023 and runs from Halim in Jakarta via Karawang and Padalarang to Tegalluar [5]. The full Halim to Tegalluar run takes about 35–47 minutes, so Padalarang is reached sooner [5]. Parahyangan Golf is in Padalarang, close to the station, and Zora's guide meets you on arrival and drives you to the club.
By Road on the Cipularang Toll
The Cipularang toll road, opened in 2005, links Jakarta with Bandung, and the course is reached from its Padalarang exit [1]. Allow about 3 hours from Jakarta, and longer at weekends. A car suits groups travelling with several golf bags or continuing to other Bandung courses.
By Conventional Train
The Argo Parahyangan train takes around 2 hours 40 minutes to 3 hours between Jakarta and Bandung. It arrives in the city centre, so Parahyangan then means a drive back out west, which makes Whoosh the quicker choice.

From arrival to departure
A personal Zora guide meets you at the airport and stays with you every day of the trip.
Plan My TripHow far ahead can I book Parahyangan Golf?
Parahyangan Golf takes reservations up to 14 days ahead, according to the club's green fees page, and groups are limited to five players. For a trip planned months out, Zora holds your itinerary and requests the tee time as soon as the booking window opens, then confirms it with you in writing before you travel.
Larger groups are split into consecutive tee times of up to five players each.

Parahyangan is a resort course and is open daily, so visitors can play with a reservation [1][4].

Pairing Parahyangan With Other Bandung Courses
Bandung has three very different courses within reach of the city, so a two- or three-round trip gives plenty of variety.
Dago Heritage 1917 and Mountain View
Dago Heritage 1917 Golf Course, first laid out in 1917, is a short, hilly par 70 in Upper Dago with a resort hotel inside the complex. Mountain View Golf Club, a Peter Thomson and Ross Perrett course at Dago Pakar, looks out over the mountains and the city. The guide to golf in Bandung compares all three.
The Jakarta to Bandung Golf Tour
The Jakarta to Bandung golf tour links city rounds with Parahyangan and the Dago courses, using Whoosh or a private car between them. Packages are priced POA around your dates.

One booking
Tee times, buggies, your hotel and every transfer in one booking. Green fees are quoted separately, by course.
