This policy explains what personal details PT Zora Golf Travel ("Zora", "we") collects through zoragolftravel.com and when you plan or book a trip with us, how we use them, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

When You Send an Enquiry

The trip enquiry form asks for your name and WhatsApp number, and optionally where you are flying from, your travel dates, the number of golfers, where you would like to play and any message. The form also records which page you sent it from. When you press send, WhatsApp opens with the same details ready to send to us.

When You Message or Book

We keep the WhatsApp messages you send us. When you book, we collect the details needed to arrange the trip, such as golfers' names, flight times and room sharing. When you pay by bank transfer, we see the sender's name and the amount.

When You Browse the Website

The website uses Google Tag Manager to load Google measurement tools, such as Google Analytics. These use cookies to count visits and see which pages are read, without telling us who you are.

How We Use Your Details

To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote
To book and run your trip, including hotels, tee times and transport
To keep records of bookings and payments
To understand how the website is used and improve it

We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Who We Share Details With

Hotels, golf clubs and transport providers, only as needed to book your trip
Netlify, which hosts this website and stores enquiry form submissions
WhatsApp (Meta), which carries the messages you send us
Google, which provides the website measurement tools

Some of these providers process data outside Indonesia.

How Long We Keep Details

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and trip, and for as long as records must be kept for accounting and legal purposes.

Your Rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you can ask to see the personal details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can withdraw your consent to our using them. Send your request through the contact form. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on it.
